Unpaid balances and legal recovery costs

If legal action is taken to recover unpaid amounts under an agreed Easy Credit purchase, additional lawyer fees, court fees and enforcement costs may be payable in addition to the outstanding balance, only to the extent permitted by applicable Kuwait law or awarded by the competent court. Any claimed costs will be itemised and supported by relevant documentation.

A proposed guarantor is not bound by this application or by an ID upload. Any guarantor liability, including liability for recoverable legal costs, requires a separate guarantee agreement accepted by the guarantor after review of the purchase, payment schedule and guarantee terms.
