1. Kuwait Delivery

EasyMeyro currently delivers within Kuwait through the shipping rates configured in our Shopify checkout.

• Standard delivery: 2.000 KWD
• Express delivery: 3.000 KWD

The exact option available for your order is shown at checkout. EasyMeyro does not currently publish a fixed delivery-time promise in the shipping settings, so any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation should be treated as the current estimate.

2. International Delivery

International shipping is currently enabled to selected countries at 5.900 KWD where the checkout offers the International rate. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other government charges may still apply and are normally the recipient's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after order details and payment requirements are successfully confirmed. Processing can take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotions, high-demand periods or when an item requires additional verification.

4. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete Kuwait delivery address, contact number and any useful access instructions. If delivery is delayed, returned or re-shipped because the address or contact details are incomplete or incorrect, additional charges may apply where permitted.

5. Tracking

When tracking is available, details are provided after dispatch. You can also use the Track Order link in EasyMeyro navigation to review your account orders.

6. Failed or Refused Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because no authorised recipient is available, the address is inaccessible or the parcel is refused, re-delivery or return costs may apply where permitted by law.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Parcels

Please inspect your order promptly. If the parcel or goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact EasyMeyro as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting photos or video where relevant.
