Sri Lankan guarantor
- Full name matching the guarantor's Civil ID
- Guarantor's Civil ID details, if required
- Guarantor's mobile number
- Civil ID front and back copies only if specifically required
Sponsor contact
- Sponsor's mobile number, including country code
- Provide this only when sponsor verification is required
